Dynamo Stadium in Moscow e1291820363145 Sneaky Peak: World Cup 2018 in Russia

So Russia has won the bid to host the World Cup 2018. Although out of the 16 stadiums included in the bid to host this major event, nine of them still need to be built! Some have overrun their completion date and others have no completion day to speak of.

14 Russian cities are to host the World Cup football matches and they are divided into clusters in the north, south, centre, around the Volga river and Yekaterinburg, which gets it’s own cluster for being the only city beyond the Ural.

It’s always exciting to catch an early glimpse of plans on this scale, and here is what Russia has in store. Football fans (don’t get jittery guys, we’re talking about soccer fans too), you better be sitting down!
